Our chicken represents a long-standing tradition of poultry farming.

Poultry farming in the Brygier family dates back to the 1970s. It was then that Kazimierz Brygier built a small poultry house in Kiekrz near Poznań and started breeding ducks first, followed by chickens.

In 1980, Kazimierz moved the production to Czerlejno near Kostrzyn Wielkopolski, not far from Poznań, where his son and successor, Damian Brygier, took over the breeding in 2014.

The entrepreneurial spirit in the Brygier family created a company that, in addition to the dynamic development of its own breeding base, established partnerships with other farms where quality matters more than quantity. The Brygier Family Farm produces and sells chickens in various product lines – both to popular retail chains nationwide and smaller wholesalers and stores, mainly in the Wielkopolska region.

The construction of the first poultry house in Czerlejno.

With the development of the enterprise, there was a need for new space. The photo shows the new poultry houses where antibiotic-free chickens from the Kurczak Naturalny series are currently raised. Modern technologies have arrived at the traditional farm.

After careful planning, successful product trials, graphic design creation, label and packaging printing, we have commenced the sale of Wielkopolski Chicken with an organic farming certificate.

Another brand starded

After the success of the organic chicken, we decided to leverage the potential of the farm. We have started selling antibiotic-free chicken under new brand.

The first stage of the new organic farm.

After hard work on creating the new poultry houses, it's time for the grand opening! In the photo, Damian and his wife Paulina just before starting the breeding of organic chickens in the new location. The first stage of the investment in the new organic farm includes 4 mobile poultry houses.

Renovation of the organic poultry house.

After starting the breeding in the new organic farm, Damian and his family began the modernization of the first organic poultry house. In the photo, we see Frank - Damian and Paulina's son, who takes care of the same poultry house that Damian was responsible for in the photo from 1994.

In the photo, we see free-range hens that have just finished drinking and are returning to the mobile poultry house. The second stage of the organic chicken farm is now operational and is being closely monitored by Damian.
